Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 08/14/2020
 
Receipts:  4,600    Last Week:  7,700    Year Ago:  1,500
 
   Compared to last week:  Current FOB steers and heifer sold steady to 4.00 
higher.  Trade was active on good demand.  Supply consisted of 57 percent 
steers and 43 percent heifers.  Near 90 percent of the offerings weighed 
over 600 lbs. 
   Note:  Feeder cattle prices based on net weights FOB after a 3 percent 
pencil shrink or equivalent.  Current sales are up to 14 days delivery.
